Quick help

Sign-in code

  • Use the newest six-digit code you requested.
  • Codes expire after 10 minutes and stop working after successful use.
  • Check spam or junk, then request another code if it has not arrived.

Prompt result

  • Keep the selected category aligned with what you are making.
  • Include the audience, outcome and important constraints in your rough idea.
  • Review assumptions and replace any marked placeholders before use.

Saved prompts

  • You need to be signed in with Pro access to save a new prompt.
  • Saved prompt text is encrypted at rest until you delete it.
  • If a save fails after checkout, keep the return page open and try confirmation again before the 60-minute hand-off expires.

Trial and billing

  • The 7-day trial requires a card and renews monthly unless cancelled.
  • Stripe and Link securely handle card details, invoices, receipts and payment methods.
  • Your account shows the exact trial and billing dates received from Stripe.

Useful answers

Common questions

For privacy or data requests, use the same support email and say “privacy request” in the subject.

Why did my code fail?

A code may be expired, already used, entered incorrectly or replaced by a newer code. Request another and enter the newest six digits.

Where is a prompt I did not save?

Unsaved prompts are not added to the application database or your prompt library. If you start sign-in and checkout, a versioned hand-off can keep the draft, result and requested next action in that browser tab for up to 60 minutes. It is cleared after the action resumes successfully, and browser session storage also usually clears when the tab closes. Outside that hand-off, leaving before copying a result may make it unrecoverable.

Why can’t I save a prompt?

Saving requires a signed-in account with active Pro access. If checkout has just completed, use the checkout return page to confirm access before trying again.

How do I cancel?

Open Account, choose Manage billing, then cancel in Stripe’s secure portal. Your account page will show whether cancellation is scheduled for the end of the current period.
